Algorithms

We used 13 methods in our benchmark. The implementations for TF-PCA, TF-tSNE, TF-UMAP, G-AE, G-VAE, G-PCA, G-tSNE, G-UMAP, and D-tSNE are available at https://eduardovernier.github.io/dynamic-projections/docs/projections/exp-setup/algorithms/.
